Chandigarh, 19th March 2025 || TC - The PG Department of English at DAV College, Sector 10, hosted its annual fest, Luminaria 2025, on 18th March 2025. The event brought together literature enthusiasts, students, and faculty for a day filled with engaging competitions, and cultural performances.
The fest was inaugurated by Principal Dr. Mona Narang, who emphasized the power of language in shaping perspectives. The festival featured exciting competitions like literary debate, quiz, open mic, monologue recitation and creative writing, showcasing the students’ talent and enthusiasm. Prof. Gagan Gurjit Singh, Head of the Department of English, praised the teachers and students for their dedication in making *Luminaria 2025* a grand success.
As the day ended, participants and guests carried with them the essence of creativity and collaboration that defines Luminaria. The fest concluded with a dance performance and the award of prizes to winners of the various competitions.
