Haryana Police has secured the first position for the 10th time in 2024 in the monthly ranking of the Crime and Criminal Tracking Network System (CCTNS) by the National Crime Records Bureau, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. Director General of Police, Sh. Shatrujeet Kapur, has congratulated the entire CCTNS team for this achievement.

Haryana Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) for Health and Family Welfare, Sh. The Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission (HERC) will convene its 31st State Advisory Committee (SAC) meeting on February 19, under the chairmanship of Nand Lal Sharma to finalize electricity tariffs for the new financial year 2025-26. The meeting will focus on the financial sustainability of power distribution companies, consumer protection measures, and reforms to improve the efficiency of Haryana’s power sector.

Haryana’s Energy, Transport and Labour Minister Sh. Anil Vij inspected the newly installed high-speed lift in the 63-meter-high Memorial Tower of the Shaheed Smarak, being built in Ambala Cantonment in memory of the country's First War of Independence in 1857. The minister took the lift to the 12th floor and checked its functionality during the inspection.

The inaugural function for One-Year Induction Training Programme for trainee judicial officers of Haryana was organised here today. A batch of 110 officers from Haryana will commence their one-year Induction Training Programme at the Chandigarh Judicial Academy. The Induction Programme was presided over by Hon'ble Justice Surya Kant, Judge, Supreme Court of India.

To further enhance healthcare services in Haryana, the Health and Family Welfare Department will strengthen its coordination with Command Hospital, Chandimandir, Panchkula. This collaboration aims to incorporate the best practices from the Command Hospital into the state’s health facilities, particularly the District Civil Hospital in Panchkula, to ensure improved patient care.

'Safe Internet Day' will be celebrated on February 11 by the National Informatics Center (NIC) of Haryana. On this occasion, awareness workshops will be organized at district level to educate the citizens and officials of the state about safe internet practices.

The 38th Surajkund International Crafts Mela was inaugurated today with great grandeur in Surajkund, district Faridabad. Union Minister for Culture and Tourism, Sh. Gajendra Singh Shekhawat graced the occasion as the chief guest and formally inaugurated the event.

Haryana Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister Sh Shyam Singh Rana said that agricultural statistics play a crucial role in assessing employment opportunities within the agricultural sector. To facilitate this, a digital cell will be established. He said that by giving full attention to agriculture, much of the unemployment in the state could be addressed through farming, and this can only be achieved with the cooperation of all stakeholders.

Sudhir Rajpal today directed officials of the Health Department to conduct inspections of all Medical Termination of Pregnancy (MTP) and Ultrasound Centers across the state. He further instructed that the registration of centers not complying with the prescribed guidelines be cancelled.

Haryana’s Energy, Transport and Labour Minister Sh. Anil Vij said he will request time from Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi for inauguration of the Shaheed Smarak being built in Ambala Cantonment in the memory of the country's first freedom struggle in 1857 and he hopes that the Prime Minister will give him time for this. Instructions have been given to officials that the Shaheed Smarak should be completed and dedicated to the public by May 10, he said.
