Chandigarh, September 14 || Partap Singh Bajwa, leader of Opposition, Punjab among three leaders appointed as Congress Senior Observers for the enusing Assembly elections.
The other two leaders are former Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot and Senior Congress leader Ajay Maken.
